Season 2019-2020
2019-2020 Season
-
Greg Banks; Directed by Andrea Grinwis
A young girl with "lips as red as blood, hair as black as the bark of the trees, and a heart as pure as snow" has an amazing story to tell about the adventure that left her with a friend-made family and a wonderfully different kind of happily ever after. When only one of her seven friends shows up to help tell the tale, however, Snow White meets the challenge head-on, convincing "4" that they can take on all the roles themselves - from the evil queen and the conflicted huntsman, to the magic mirror and the pouty prince. Join Snow White and 4 as they tell this age-old story in a fun and exciting new way.

Benefit Show 2020
William Mastrosimone; Directed by Lindsay Franklin
Bang Bang You're Dead is a powerful play by William Mastrosimone, whose intent was to raise awareness regarding school violence with a show to be performed by teens for teens. Josh is a high school student who, after shooting five students and his parents, reflects on what led him to that point. Throughout the show, Josh is taunted by the voices of those he killed, and a chorus questions him about his actions. Unfortunately, this challenging and all too relevant play continues to be of great importance almost 20 years after it was first performed.

From the Tony Award-winning team Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, the brains behind Ragtime, Once on this Island, and Anastasia.
